Refund policy

Misprinted/damaged/defective items or incorrect orders must be requested within 7 days after the date of delivery.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Returns must be initiated with an email to ThreadnCulture@gmail.com with the following information:

- Full name with order number

- Reason for return

- Picture of misprint or incorrect order

Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges will not be made for buyer's remorse.
